2019: a home without a hotel
Twenty Grosvenor Square became Four Seasons’ first standalone residential development, with 37 homes by Finchatton in collaboration with Squire & Partners.
Private residences · the brand story
A familiar attention to detail becomes part of everyday life.

Four Seasons began its residential story in Boston in 1985. A permanent team became part of the home: not only a welcome at the door, but care for the property while its owner is away. Hospitality became an everyday practice.
Four Seasons presents residences as individually designed homes backed by long-term property care and a dedicated residential team. Its service proposition is practical and personal: concierge, housekeeping, dining and wellness support adapt to how each owner uses their home.
Private Residences is a distinct homeownership offering. The portfolio includes homes alongside hotels and standalone residential addresses. Layouts, amenity access and services are specific to each property.

At this London development, Four Seasons acts as property manager. The brand relationship continues through building operations and the team’s daily work.

A softly triangular tower rises above Back Bay, pairing broad views with a private residential arrival. Thierry Despont designed the residents’ lobby and club; full-height windows, a calm palette and custom fixtures shape the interiors.
ONE NAME. DIFFERENT WAYS TO LIVE.
Privacy, service and the layout of a home vary by project. These examples make the differences tangible.
