What makes it The Residence List

Our perspective comes from luxury travel: the character of a place, the quality of hospitality and how a home fits daily family life. We combine that perspective with published project research. The catalogue is the starting list; a personal shortlist follows a conversation about your priorities, budget and plans. Inclusion does not mean that every residence has been personally visited or that units are currently available.

What this collection covers

This edition includes 268 project records across 38 hospitality brands. It is a researched starting point, not a claim of complete global inventory. 102 records have individually written project profiles; the remaining records identify programmes from official brand portfolios.

One project is not one available home

A portfolio listing proves that a brand identifies a residential programme. It does not prove that a particular home is for sale today. Announced projects, completed developments and potential resale opportunities can appear together. We do not invent prices, launch dates, legal tenure or available stock.

Sources and images

Each record links to an official brand, developer or project source and records a research date. Images are official project materials; some depict architectural visualisations. This public preview credits the original publishers. Media permissions and applicable advertising approvals must be confirmed before commercial campaigns. Images marked “Resort & setting” show the wider resort rather than the specific home.

What we verify next

Before a buyer makes a decision, the responsible transaction team needs to confirm unit-level availability, the latest price, ownership rights, service charges, rental rules, completion status and the brand agreement. A price premium or a successful sale elsewhere does not establish the return of an individual home.
