For 18+ years, we have helped people discover their own way of travelling. Along the way, journeys became friendships, and favourite hotels became places to return to.
The Residence List is the next chapter: from knowing where you love to stay to understanding where you could feel at home. Our selection brings together research, long-standing relationships with hotel teams and the preferences of the people we know.
We begin with a conversation, build your shortlist, and introduce the right developer or licensed broker. The transaction team confirms availability, ownership rights and every commercial term.

We are the two Katyas: Ekaterina Shishkina and Ekaterina Solovieva. RUBTOUR began in 2006 and grew into a private travel club with a team in Moscow and Dubai. We share a belief in personal care, curiosity and relationships that continue beyond a journey.
We visit hotels, meet their teams and shape each trip around the individual traveller. A dedicated manager stays involved through planning and travel. Club gatherings with hoteliers introduce new places through the people behind them.
The Residence List is the next chapter: from a favourite place to stay to a home to return to. We bring the same attention to service, atmosphere and family life to the choice of a residence.
