Balconies for winter
Every balcony is described with a grill-ready gas line and ceiling-mounted heaters; published balcony sizes start at 223 sq ft.
A small collection above the hotel
United Properties’ 34-home collection occupies the upper portion of the hotel building, with full-height windows towards the Mississippi and skyline. The residential count is separate from hotel accommodation.
The language of the rooms
Nordic and Urban palettes
Nordic uses wide-plank oak and marble; Urban uses walnut herringbone floors and granite. Layouts and fixtures remain consistent between the two palettes.
Bathroom material choices
Nordic bathrooms use heated marble floors and marble shower walls, while Urban bathrooms use heated limestone and a granite vanity.
Locally sourced design
MSR Design describes local materials selected within a 500-mile radius and its selection of furniture and art for public residential spaces, the sales centre and model home.
