Amanvari: beyond the opening announcement
The hotel is open. The next question is how the private homes meet the coast.
Two timelines, one place
As checked on 10 October 2026, Aman describes Amanvari as open. Its 18 casitas belong to the hotel. The private residences form a separate collection: the opening announcement does not establish delivery of every individual villa. This distinction matters when a visit becomes a conversation about buying.
Four ways to inhabit the landscape
The Costa Palmas masterplan divides the homes into Beachfront, Oceanview, Golf and Estuary neighbourhoods. A beachfront address and an estuary address suggest different daily relationships with the landscape. Read the masterplan before choosing the most dramatic rendering: orientation, neighbouring plots and the route to the shore reveal another part of the story.
A plan for an ordinary day
The published Lot 1 example has four bedrooms plus a cabana, with 6,813 sq ft of interior and 10,071 sq ft of exterior space: approximately 633 and 936 m² respectively. These are separate measurements. Lot 9 is a different, six-bedroom example. Both are representative layouts, not a promise of an identical finished home.
The bridge between a resort and a home
Aman identifies a residence-exclusive Private Office and access to the resort’s dining and wellness experiences. For a viewing, choose a specific villa and imagine a day through it: breakfast, shade at midday, friends arriving, the return after dinner. Then request that villa’s current specification and service schedule.
