LONDON · A CONSIDERED VIEW

Hotel-branded residences
in London.

9 hotel-branded residences in London, from Mandarin Oriental, Dorchester Collection, Four Seasons and 3 more brands. The collection spans city addresses. Our starting point is the way your family wants to live.

An address, considered personally

Before comparing brands, define how the home will be used: the months you plan to spend there, journeys to school and work, privacy expectations and the hotel services you actually want to use.

The questions behind a beautiful view

Ask the licensed transaction team to confirm the specific unit, title and buyer eligibility, development status, service-charge budget, payment schedule, rental restrictions and the terms of the hotel-brand agreement. A residence in a branded development does not automatically include every hotel service.

This is a project collection; current inventory and advertising permissions are verified separately with the relevant partner.

The Peninsula Residences London

The Peninsula’s London residences sit within a building conceived by Hopkins Architects as four wings around a sheltered courtyard. Portland stone and bronze connect the new architecture to its Belgravia setting, while upper floors step back into planted terraces. Peter Marino’s interior commission includes the 25 private residences. A separate residential arrival under the Halkin Street colonnade gives home life its own threshold, beyond the hotel’s forecourt. Wellington Arch, the Royal Parks and nearby Buckingham Palace grounds supply the urban setting; the rooftop restaurant belongs to the wider hotel experience.
