Six Senses Residences Courchevel
53 Alpine homes
Courchevel’s residential collection comprises 53 apartments and duplex penthouses, with up to five bedrooms. Contemporary layouts meet mountain materials and open fireplaces.
Private residences · the brand story
Architecture, the natural world and wellbeing share one setting.

Six Senses began in 1995 with a question: can travel reconnect people with themselves and the world? Wellness later became part of architecture and everyday rituals. From 2002, the brand began introducing its own spas at every resort.
Six Senses places wellness and reconnection at the centre of its hospitality, linking personal wellbeing with care for the natural world. Its residences are described as nature-integrated homes built with locally sourced or renewable materials and energy- and water-efficiency in mind, while connecting owners to resort amenities.
In the residential programme, this idea appears through landscape integration, materials and energy efficiency. Access to resort amenities and wellness programmes is described separately for each address.

Courchevel · rental programme
The official Courchevel page offers owners the option of renting their apartment through Six Senses. Participation is presented as a choice, not a requirement of living there.

Privacy, service and the layout of a home vary by project. These examples make the differences tangible.

In nature4 images · filmAt Les Bordes, the proposed Six Senses homes bring family life into the Sologne forest through private gardens, swimming pools and outdoor kitchens. The two-level houses have open living rooms beneath vaulted ceilings, while BLINK Design Group draws its interior palette from the surrounding woodland. Larger layouts add a rooftop terrace, outdoor sauna and pantry for entertaining. Beyond the garden, the estate’s boating and swimming lakes offer another way to spend the day; the separate golf-club membership remains an application rather than an automatic purchase benefit.

Their partly embedded forms, planted roofs and patio gardens follow the pine-fringed contours, opening through large glass walls towards the sea. The developer places feature baths beneath lightwells and combines stone, plaster and metal in a restrained interior palette. Private infinity pools give each residence its own outdoor focus, while the wider resort plan adds a sunset bar, herbal gardens, racquet courts and a spa with a sea-facing indoor pool.

By the sea1 image · filmResort & settingComporta’s planned Six Senses collection has three distinct responses to the landscape. Michaelis Boyd gives the Sand homes dune-like curves and cork-toned interiors; Forest homes bring together timber, terracotta and textured surfaces; Lake villas frame reflections and glimpses of water. Terraces, outdoor kitchens and pools carry domestic life outside, with features varying across the collection. The setting is the Pinheirinho estate, where the residential plan preserves extensive pine woodland and combines an owners’ lounge with a seasonal-food programme supplied by an on-site vegetable garden.
