Beverly Hills · residential development
The first standalone residential address
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills opened a distinct chapter as the brand’s first standalone residential development, with its own residential team and owners’ spaces.
Private residences · the brand story
Materials, light and local culture shape each residential address.

Rosewood grew from residential hospitality: a historic Dallas mansion became the starting point for The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Founded in 1979, the collection developed A Sense of Place: history, culture and geography should be felt inside.
Rosewood’s A Sense of Place approach translates a destination’s history, culture and sensibilities into each property’s design and experiences. Residences extend that idea through considered details, hotel privileges and personalised services, with optional butler support at some addresses.
The name Residences can describe homes for purchase or serviced accommodation. In a residential collection, the specific project, ownership structure and residential team matter more than proximity to a hotel.

Service at the Beverly Hills address
At Beverly Hills, butlers work under a House Manager, assisting with household tasks both when owners are at home and while they travel.

Rosewood Lido Key offers large homes in a compact beachfront collection. A restaurant reserved for residents, guest suites and in-home chef service make hosting part of the residential concept.
