Understanding the collection
A hotel you love. A home you understand.
The same name above the door can describe very different arrangements.

What a branded residence can mean
A hotel-branded residence is a home associated with a hospitality brand under specific agreements. It may sit beside a hotel or in a standalone residential building. The developer, seller, operator and brand licensor can be different organisations. Understand which party is responsible for construction, property management, services and the promises made during a sale.
Look beyond the word residences
Some hotel websites use the same word for large suites or homes available only for nightly stays. Other projects offer fractional interests, timeshares or long leases rather than freehold. Our collection starts with official residential programmes. Exact tenure, buyer eligibility and availability are then checked for the individual project and unit.
Ask who is responsible for what
At an introduction, establish the developer, seller, licensed broker and service operator. Ask who will supply current availability, the legal documents and the service agreement. If an intermediary receives a referral fee, request a clear explanation of that arrangement before sharing your details. Brand recognition can begin the conversation; named responsibilities make it useful.
