Courchevel
A residential-only Alpine address in Courchevel 1850 combines private-home living with a ski concierge and a dedicated Six Senses spa.
FRANCE · A CONSIDERED VIEW
3 hotel-branded residences in France, from Six Senses and One&Only. The collection spans mountain homes and countryside estates. Addresses include Courchevel, Loire Valley and Courchevel 1850. Our starting point is the way your family wants to live.
Before comparing brands, define how the home will be used: the months you plan to spend there, journeys to school and work, privacy expectations and the hotel services you actually want to use.
Ask the licensed transaction team to confirm the specific unit, title and buyer eligibility, development status, service-charge budget, payment schedule, rental restrictions and the terms of the hotel-brand agreement. A residence in a branded development does not automatically include every hotel service.
This is a project collection; current inventory and advertising permissions are verified separately with the relevant partner.

At Les Bordes, the proposed Six Senses homes bring family life into the Sologne forest through private gardens, swimming pools and outdoor kitchens. The two-level houses have open living rooms beneath vaulted ceilings, while BLINK Design Group draws its interior palette from the surrounding woodland. Larger layouts add a rooftop terrace, outdoor sauna and pantry for entertaining. Beyond the garden, the estate’s boating and swimming lakes offer another way to spend the day; the separate golf-club membership remains an application rather than an automatic purchase benefit.
The announced Courchevel project reimagines the Courcheneige site high in Jardin Alpin, with a limited collection of private homes beside the future resort. Its proposed connection to the Bellecôte slope places skiing close to the daily routine. Courchevel itself belongs to the interconnected Three Valleys, so the setting extends well beyond a single mountain. Summer gives the landscape another dimension: the tourism office’s cycling circuit links forest, villages, Lake Rosière and open meadows. The residential concept remains at an announcement stage, with detailed home plans still to be confirmed.
