01 / THE CHARACTER OF THE BRAND
Rituals that find a place at home.
1904New York · John Jacob Astor IV’s vision
John Jacob Astor IV opened St. Regis New York in 1904. His interest in modern comforts met the Astor family’s culture of hosting. The brand’s familiar rituals grew from that combination: tea, evening gatherings and personal attention.
02 / LIVING WITH THE NAME
From a philosophy to your own address.
St. Regis turns its Astor-era heritage into contemporary rituals such as afternoon tea and the evening ritual, with design that balances classic codes and modern style. Its hallmark is anticipatory, individual butler service; selected residence and suite stays explicitly include access to that service.
St. Regis Residences is a distinct residential collection within the brand. The butler tradition explains its service culture, while an owner’s actual services are defined by the residential project and its management agreement.

A separate owner-recognition programme
St. Regis maintains an official Residence Owner Exclusive Rates page. Its offers require an Owner Recognition Card and apply to eligible programme participants, not every reservation.

Privileges have defined limits
The programme page specifies a maximum of two rooms per night; upgrades and late checkout depend on availability. Service promises do not mean unconditional access.

03 / THE IDEA BECOMES A HOME
St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach
Two elliptical towers frame Atlantic views from a broad Sunny Isles beachfront site.
Bernardo Fort-Brescia translates movement into the form of two Sunny Isles Beach towers.

Arquitectonica · официальный портрет
Arquitectonica composes the project from two elliptical volumes. The official project account connects this geometry with the Earth’s orbital motion—an idea expressed through the curve of a façade and the line of a balcony.
Fort-Brescia founded Arquitectonica with partners in 1977. Patricia Anastassiadis designed the project’s interiors. Different creative voices meet by the ocean: architecture sets the silhouette, while interiors establish the everyday scale of home.
The project describes a residential-only lifestyle with St. Regis Butler Service. The programme references afternoon tea and midnight suppers alongside personalised service.
A project description does not confirm current availability or the specification of an individual home.
