West Point puts residential life on the oceanfront within Dorado Beach’s landscaped resort core. The developer presents Phase IV as ten homes, combining the scale associated with an estate with the condominium format. Its broader setting is unusually legible on foot: the Blue Trail connects the clubhouse and East Beach beside the Pterocarpus forest, while the shorter Green Trail focuses on botanical surroundings. Jean-Michel Cousteau’s environmental programme adds guided ways to explore reefs, coastal forest and Sardinera Bay. These are destination experiences around the homes, with programme access and membership checked separately.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez became owners of two villas at Nujuma, according to developer Red Sea Global’s announcement of 22 December 2025.
RSG reports that the family chose a three-bedroom villa for time together and a two-bedroom home for more intimate stays. They had visited The Red Sea repeatedly before buying. In the published account of his choice, Ronaldo highlights a connection with the island, its natural setting and time with his family.
