01 / THE CHARACTER OF THE BRAND

A jeweller’s precision. On the scale of a home.

ACPVThe collection’s architectural language

Bvlgari design works through contrasts of texture: dark marble, warm timber, bronze and light. At the Milan hotel, ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel brings spaces and objects into one composition. It is an architectural expression of the Italian house.

02 / LIVING WITH THE NAME

From a philosophy
to your own address.

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts brings Roman jeweller heritage into contemporary Italian design, then gives each property a distinct dialogue with local culture and setting. The brand pairs rare materials and custom-designed details with service it describes as authentic and informal, alongside Italian dining and a strong social-club character.

Bvlgari’s hotel map is wider than its residential portfolio. Dubai apartments and mansions are distinct from hotel villas. A further residential chapter is announced in Abu Dhabi: the official project includes 90 private residences, comprising Mansions and Estates.

A residential ensemble by the sea

The official Dubai brochure describes six residential buildings containing 173 sea-facing apartments, alongside 15 private mansions.

A hotel villa and a private home

The same document lists 20 hotel pool villas separately. They belong to the resort’s accommodation inventory; the 15 private mansions are a different category.

03 / THE IDEA BECOMES A HOME

Bulgari Lighthouse

The tower is organised around projecting, coral-inspired layers that filter light and create private outdoor rooms. Its Italian design language is expressed through carefully framed views, the contrast of solid and open surfaces, and changing shadows.

Coral-inspired layers
Architectural coral is the project’s formal and shading concept; this is not a claim of harvested natural coral cladding.
Indoor–outdoor continuity
Wraparound outdoor areas extend the principal living spaces.

Light is a material, too.

Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel translate Bvlgari into architecture. At Lighthouse, shade becomes a primary instrument.

Horizontal, coral-inspired layers filter light and separate the terraces. They are both a sculptural gesture and a response to the climate. Even the smallest four-bedroom penthouse occupies its own floor, with living spaces continuing onto wraparound decks.

Unlike the neighbouring low-rise resort, Lighthouse organises life vertically. Its architectural form directly shapes the privacy of each home.

This story concerns the named project. Its authorship and design features do not describe every residence in the brand’s collection.

Privacy, service and the layout of a home vary by project. These examples make the differences tangible.

Bulgari Lighthouse · Jumeira Bay, Dubai

A private route from garage to home

The project describes an air-conditioned garage, a private carpark entrance lobby and lift access. The four-bedroom penthouse occupies its own floor and has an elevator lobby.

The pool and features of the five-bedroom penthouse or Sky Villa do not apply to the four-bedroom home; staff circulation requires a plan.
